EFFECTIVE DATE

PRICING AND FEES

Pricing for services is determined based on project scope, complexity, duration, and deliverables. Fees may be negotiated on a per-project basis, milestone basis, retainer structure, or hourly rate as agreed in writing prior to the start of services.

PAYMENT TERMS

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due upon invoice receipt. For larger projects, milestone-based payments may be required. Ongoing advisory services may be billed monthly. Payment terms are typically Net 30 unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

LATE PAYMENTS

Invoices not paid by the due date may incur a late fee of 5 percent of the outstanding balance or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is less. Fletcher Quill Inc reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are paid.

REFUND POLICY

Because consulting services involve time, expertise, and strategic planning, refunds are not provided for services that have already been performed. If a project is canceled before work has commenced, payments made may be refunded at the sole discretion of Fletcher Quill Inc, less any administrative or preparation costs incurred.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients may cancel services in writing. If cancellation occurs after work has begun, the client remains responsible for payment for services rendered up to the date of cancellation.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials created by Fletcher Quill Inc remain the intellectual property of Fletcher Quill Inc until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Fletcher Quill Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or website. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services in question.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Consulting services are advisory in nature. Fletcher Quill Inc does not guarantee specific financial, operational, or business outcomes.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

MODIFICATIONS

Fletcher Quill Inc reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
